🔹 When will my order ship?


We make everything fresh to order, which means it takes about 2–7 business days to print and ship your gear. Once it’s out the door, you’ll get a tracking number to obsess over.


🔹 How much is shipping?


Shipping is free on orders over $50. Below that, it’s calculated at checkout based on your location and item weight.


🔹 Can I return or exchange something?


Not unless we messed up. Everything’s made just for you, so we don’t accept returns for size issues or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or totally wrong, hit us up within 7 days at support@spacecaseclothing.com and we’ll take care of it.


🔹 Do you ship internationally?


Right now we ship within the U.S. and a few select countries. If you’re outside the U.S. and want Space Case in your life, email us — we might be able to work something out.


🔹 How do I know what size to order?


Check the size guide on each product page — we’ve got detailed measurements to help you get the perfect fit. When in doubt, size up. Being comfy is part of the vibe.


🔹 My tracking hasn’t updated — help?


Sometimes carriers take their sweet time scanning stuff. Give it a few days. If it’s still stuck or MIA, shoot us an email and we’ll track it down like the cosmic sleuths we are.
